PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Caitlin joined the Northstar team bringing with her a varied employment background ranging from service industry to computer analysis work. Her diverse experiences make her a unique new asset to the team and will help her in managing both accounts and team members.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree of Technology in Criminal Investigations
CAITLIN AFTER WORK: When not at work, you’ll find Caitlin spending time with her husband and two children. They spend most of their time with extended family taking on adventures as they arise! Caitlin unwinds by being outside with her husband, children, and pets or reading a good book.

Bobby Duchesneau

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Bobby joins Northstar as a CPA with more than 15 years of extensive accounting and finance experience in both public accounting and private industry. In his previous positions he has directed and implemented pivotal processes and controls to benefit each organization. He has scaled teams and systems in periods of high growth and led teams through M&A activity and subsequent integrations. Most recently, Bobby was with Turbonomic, Inc. which was acquired by IBM.
EDUCATION: B.S. Accounting and MSA, Bentley University
BOBBY AFTER WORK: Outside of work, Bobby enjoys spending time and being active with his wife and two children. He also loves playing and watching sports and is a devoted fan of New England sports teams.

Carly Fallon

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Carly Fallon joins Northstar’s as the Head of HR, leading the Office of Employee Experience (OOEE) team. Carly’s HR methodology emphasizes how employees connect to their work, their team, the organization, and a broader purpose. Defining meaningful values, and demonstrating them through action, are at the core of her approach to identifying the best people to enrich and thrive in Northstar’s culture. Carly’s prior years of experience in strategic organizational scaling is key in supporting Northstar’s impressive growth.
Carly previously served as the Vice President of HR at Payveris, where she recruited, on-boarded, supported, engaged, and developed their talented, hardworking, and customer-centric teams as they delivered innovative, high quality, and efficient digital payment and money movement solutions to financial institutions and their partners. This role dynamically combined Carly’s extensive HR expertise and leadership with her experience and knowledge in the technology space. Carly also spent five years as the Director of HR at CheckWriters, an HR technology platform that supports the full employee experience, offering software, services, and resources to support hard-working employers and HR professionals. She oversaw the internal HR function, providing strategic HR solutions to the organization, as well as managed their HR consulting service offerings to their national client base. Prior to that, Carly spent over ten years as an HR leader in the healthcare and benefits industries.

Noah Goodman

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: With over 16 years experience in the recycling industry, Noah Goodman is known as an honest and straightforward executive. With his mathematics background, Noah designs straightforward, linear recycling solutions that work. Noah is the co-leader of Northstar and is accountable for Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
EDUCATION: B.S. in Mathematics, University of Pennsylvania
NOAH AFTER WORK: Noah’s time after work is dedicated to his wife Lori and his three boys, Ryan, Ben, and Ethan. An avid sports enthusiast, Noah enjoys playing golf and coaching his three sons in their sporting endeavors year round. Noah is heavily invested in his community where he supports the Jewish Community Center and the Jimmy Fund.

Seth Goodman

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: With over 20 years experience in the recycling industry, Seth is known as a compassionate and inspiring leader by his customers and colleagues. Drawing on his strategic thinking and capacity to drive breakthrough results, Seth is the co-leader of Northstar and is focused on providing ongoing value and innovative solutions to all Northstar clients.
EDUCATION: B.S. in Finance, Lehigh University
SETH AFTER WORK: Seth values spending time with his wife, Jenna, and their three children, Jake, Rachel and Carly. Seth is actively involved with YPO where he holds a leadership position in the Western New England Chapter, and is committed to his community where he supports the Jewish Community Center and the Jimmy Fund. Seth is also a competitive runner and enjoys golfing, hoping to play the top 100 courses in the United States.

Over the years, he’s grown key relationships with trucking companies while creating capacity for customer needs. He has scaled teams in a fast paced industry while focusing on company goals and freight solutions.
EDUCATION: Business Administration, University of Georgia
JASON AFTER WORK: Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children. He is the pitching coach for his son’s travel baseball team. He also enjoys playing and watching sports while supporting all Atlanta based teams. When he’s not traveling for baseball he enjoys vacations with his family and spending time watching his kids grow.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Shawna joined Northstar Recycling after years in the food industry as a sustainability professional. In her previous role, Shawna helped develop and implement a global corporate responsibility and sustainability strategy. Shawna utilizes her expertise to continually improve the experience Northstar provides to their clients.

SHAWNA AFTER WORK: An environmentalist at heart, Shawna loves spending her time with her family outdoors, walking, hiking, boating, and being close to nature. When not outside, you will find Shawna cooking or tackling various home projects.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Steven joins Northstar Recycling with over 15 years of technology leadership in manufacturing and consumer goods industries. He has driven global digital transformation, leading global IT teams in implementing cloud infrastructure, IT service management frameworks, and automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and scalability. His expertise in optimizing IT operations, leading high-performing teams, and aligning technology with business goals has consistently delivered innovative solutions that enhance operational performance and drive sustainable growth.
EDUCATION: B.S. in Business Administration, Webster University
STEVEN AFTER WORK: Steven enjoys traveling with his wife, Keri, and supporting their children, Emma, Ethan, and Addie, at their sporting events. A lifelong motorsports enthusiast, he and his son Ethan spend weekends racing karts together, where Steven tunes the karts and Ethan races. He also enjoys mountain biking, working on cars, and time at home with the family’s two dogs.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Liz brings over 20 years of experience in the Waste and Recycling industries. She has held positions in a variety of segments within these industries (Regulatory, Consulting and Management Companies), which gives her a unique and broad perspective in her work. Liz is committed to getting the job done, no matter the task at hand and enjoys assisting others in achieving their goals.

LIZ AFTER WORK: Liz enjoys spending time with her husband (Jason) and their children (Wes and Sam), two active Middle School boys. Liz loves being active: getting outside, playing USTA tennis and practicing yoga. She is also very involved in the Indianapolis Community, volunteering and serving on the Board of Directors for the Indianapolis Children’s Museum Guild.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: John grew up in the recycling business spending summers working for his dad at a paper mill in NJ. He joined Seth and Noah at Northstar in 2000 where he leverages his experience, knowledge, and relationships to help Northstar and its clients create longstanding and continuously improving partnerships.
EDUCATION: BS Management and Marketing, University of Delaware
JOHN AFTER WORK: John is happiest at the beach whether it’s on the coast of Sicily where his parents were born, or at the Jersey shore where he spent his childhood summers. He enjoys travel, food and wine as long as its being shared with good friends and family, especially his wife Pamela and two sons, Elio and Luca.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Amanda has been with Northstar Recycling for over twenty years. During her tenure, she has worked in many areas of the business, amassing a well-rounded knowledge of the recycling industry and the framework of Northstar. In her role as COO, Amanda leads several teams including Account Management, Client Services, Commodity Sales, Freight, IT, and Sales. Amanda enjoys helping her team members identify and execute creative solutions that enhance operational accuracy and efficiency while providing best in class customer service.
AMANDA AFTER WORK: Amanda shares her personal time with her husband Ron, and daughters Grace and Lilly. As a family, they enjoy camping and travel. Amanda can often be found unwinding with a good book, or in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: With over 15 years of experience in B2B sales and commercial operations, Tricia enjoys building high-performing teams that drive revenue growth. Drawing on her expertise in leading sales strategy, revenue operations, and her belief that breakthrough results come from genuinely caring for people, Tricia leads Northstar’s sales organization in support of the company’s mission to help businesses recycle more and landfill less.
EDUCATION: MBA, Suffolk University (Boston)- Sawyer Business School and BS, University of Minnesota
TRICIA AFTER WORK: Tricia values spending time with her husband, Cody, and their two sons. You’ll often find her at one of her boys’ ball games or, on those magical free weekends, heading north for what she calls “Waterfall Weekends”—chasing waterfalls and hiking trails with her family. Tricia is passionate about staying active, making core memories, and exploring the outdoors with the people she loves most.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: Teresa brought her passion for the environment and eagerness to learn to Northstar right out of college. She is known as a trustworthy and driven individual who aims to exceed expectations. Her high energy and outgoing spirit made her a natural leader at school where she developed her strong listening and problem solving abilities working with a number of on-campus groups.
EDUCATION: B.S. Integrated Degree in Engineering and Social Sciences, Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Studies, Lehigh University
TERESA AFTER WORK: Born and raised in Ohio, Teresa enjoys spending holidays and vacations with her parents, four siblings, and large extended family. She splits her free time reading books, exploring the outdoors and drinking IPAs with friends. Most evenings she looks forward to cooking dinner and watching the Food Network.
